How can I add additional users to the online shop?
To register more users for the online shop, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to “My Account” in the online-shop menu.
- Select the section “Manage Users”.
- Click on “Invite”.
- Enter the required details of the new user.
- Assign an appropriate role to the user (e.g., Viewer, Buyer, Administrator).
- Confirm the invitation – the new user will receive an email with access details.
- The new user must register in our Central Identity Management System (ZIM) and verify their access (via email, phone, or SMS).
